In January 2012 after 2 years of pricing and negotiations DGR Building Maintenance Limited were contracted to act as principal contractor for the complete refurbishment of a near derelict 103 bedroom hotel to a Holiday Inn Express.
We compiled an 8 month programme from initial site strip out and clearance to completion and handover.
As principal contractor we had overall responsibility for site health and safety and programming of works.
