With the unfortunate closure of the BHS brand on the high street, DGR were contracted to provide re-active maintenance by the property owner in which the former BHS occupied on Chapel Street in Southport.
Although the building is provided on short term leases, during the time that the property is unoccupied DGR provide fortnightly insurance inspections for owner and have completed work on the building including boarding up and re-glazing as required.
