We also provide full refit projects including a warehouse refit completed for the former P&H warehouse in Haydock which included the removal of a partition wall, removal of a redundant heating system, drain run proofing, a 5 year electrical certificate, full fire alarm system installation which included sprinker system, full service to all roller shutters and loading docks and a full clear of all rubbish left from the previous tenant.
